    Pre-Order Problem


    Hello, i pre-ordered Call Of Duty Black Ops 4, when it comes on sale. It was the simple version. It hasn't other versions of the game. But now you released 2 new packs. How can i be refund to purchase the Deluxe Version. You didn't put all offers early,
    i mean it was only that offer so i took it imediately. But now i wanna take the Deluxe Version, but i don't want to pay the entire version again. So how can i upgrade? Thanks in advance.

    I pre-ordered and had the original xbox with no problems then I had the xbox360 pre order original with no problems then then slim now and zero problems.

    80$ is not enough microsoft charge taxes based on your payment and billing address so you have around 85$ in account to complete the purchase

    Yes. Same for me. We downloaded the preorder and waited for the launch. It’s only now, at the launch, do I get any indication that the order was cancelled! My boy had his heart set on the preorder goodies. Yesterday morning it was still showing up in “My games and Apps” but now it is gone.

    here     as they are the only ones with access to all your account & billing info & should be able to see whats going on.
