    Hi there, I've run into a bit of a problem... I pre ordered the deluxe edition in order to get the 14 REQ packs and I have not yet received them. I've gone through many trouble shooting steps with a xbox support representative of the phone and he had no
    idea how to get a resolution for me so he referred me to this forum telling me you guys/ gals could assist me. Please help. Thank you. I would like the product I payed for.

    Another klassic costumes question...

    Un-install the alts even the ones that were pre-order and the klassic alt pack 1 and then re-install the klassic alt pack 1 without the pre-order alts and see if that works, if you dont have the klassic alt pack 1 than clear your cache and re-install the
    pre-order alts. It is possible that there is interference between the pre-order alts and the klassic alt pack 1 that is causing the problem.

    HITMAN: Requiem Pack did not download with pre-order and/or I never received a code to download it.

    Hey there JRok261!

    Just to clarify, the HITMAN Requiem Pack was included only with the pre-order of HITMAN. This pack was not included with the Intro Pack. In order for you to receive this content, you would have needed to pre-order HITMAN before March 11th. Thanks for understanding!

    Hi milicia force,

    Thank you for contacting us directly. As I cannot see any Xbox Support interactions, I would like to ask did you pre-ordered the game via Xbox marketplace and if yes then when you go to my games & Apps section, select games and highlight Halo 5 and press
    "menu" button. Choose manage game and your pre-order DLC should be visible there for ready to download. Does these items appear for you or no ?

    Hey @Mister Maka!

    I pre-ordered the Intro Pack digitally on the xbox store. The Hitman website says that all pre-orders would include the Requiem Pack.

    There is no such thing as an "N7: Warfare Pack".



    All that can happen is that the retailer gives you the "Warfare Pack" pre-order bonus that was being offered with pre-orders of the standard edition.
