Pre-Order Not Working Due To It Being Cancelled?

So I was checking if the game was going to work for me since there seems to be some people playing already but when ever i go to it, it checks if the game is ready then right away gives me a error saying my copy of the game may have been cancelled/refunded.

I mostly used Xbox Reward cards to purchase it so if it was refunded I would have received the my credits back but there not showing up on my account. Is this just a error that's popping up due to trying to hop into the game to early or is there something
going on with my Pre-order?

Either case, I hope this get resolved soon, mostly because I kind of want to play the game, and nay help would be great full.

I can not pre order PUBG

As I said in the title, I can not pre-order the game even being an insider member two months ago.I see that in other regions that pre-order is available, it helps that this is due. Thank you

Reserving Xbox One today question

I've heard it has a $100 pre-order minimum. Being as it's from the internet it's probably not credible - But they did mention working at Gamestop.

It's possible that the codes aren't redeemable until Siege is released due to you being able to cancel your pre order before release for a full refund. That's the only reason I can think of, other than it being a regional thing.

@Auswolf7, I've pre-ordered Destiny with Amazon, but don't have to pay for the product until it is being packaged so not until a few days before release/delivery. I can still cancel my pre-order up until about a week before release/delivery. I assume everyone
could therefore place a pre-order, get the code, then cancel the pre-order? Doesn't personally bother me, but just curious as to how this would work?

I canceled my pre-orders of the Xbox One and Forza 5 due to the lack of communication regarding Fanatec wheel compatibility. It is ridiculous to me that official Forza wheels will not work with the Xbox One and Forza 5.

not ony that..i read that people were going to cancel their pre-orders due to the 16 pixel black border present on the console versions..people seriously kicking off about it on IGN or Eurogamer or somewhere... so yes..it's totally believe people would cancel
their pre order because of this
