Pre-order not showing on my Xbox

    Pre-order not showing on my Xbox


    Hi Guys,

    I bought the SWB2 deluxe edition on september and I was recently charged for it, but it keep showing the standard version on my xbox games and apps. When I go to the microsoft store, it doesn't say that I own the deluxe edition, only the standard is installed.

    Please advised, thanks!

    Pre-order not showing on my Xbox

    I would suggest calling xbox customer support and seeing if they can refund that edition and switch them around for you.

    But usually when I pre order game it shows up in my apps and games as owned and I can download the pre order on my Xbox but it's not showing up in my Xbox on apps and games but maybe I have to wait longer

    I use them for pre orders all the time and get my games on the thursday. As for the dlc you can also get it in store. I have LA noire pre-ordered and is still showing as a pre order on my account. If it changes will post here

    btw any pre orders dont show in orders they show in pre orders still but if you have paid it actually says PAID on it. it moves to orders when its processing or dispatched which should be on the wednesday
