Pre order not being charged

This may mean your Microsoft balance is insufficient to cater to the pre-order because the money should be immediately taken out. Kindly check how much the game is along with your Microsoft balance.

Thanks for your post, this sounds like the transaction for your pre-orders did not fall through. If you pre-ordered a game it takes around 10 days before release to be charged. So when the initial pre-order is placed it does not charge immediately if being
purchased with a credit card, the order will charge only when the game is approaching release. If an account does not have funds at the time or charging or a card is expired, it will result in the pre-order license being revoked. To fix this, the game must
be purchased.

Check your order at http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows the order as being complete or if it shows as being cancelled/declined. If you pre-ordered using a credit card/Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the game being released. If they are not able to charge you at that time, the order is cancelled and you'll have to purchase the game.

You are most likely being charged for a game you pre-ordered.
