    Its telling me my pre-order was refunded or cancelled when i tried to download it, and i never cancelled it

    You may need to cancel the pre-order and then pre-order your preferred game edition, Ryan.

    Since it's not yet released the refund will be automatic once you cancel if you have been charged already. To cancel the game pre-order you can do so by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

    Sorry for the confusion. If you have already canceled the game, it means that you have not been charged which is why there is no refund.

    Because if you have been charged or the pre-ordered game and you canceled it, the refund will be automatic. Will depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money.
