Pre Order Madden but no EA access free 1 month trial

I purchased Madden 17 on August 20th with a pre order deal offering EA access free 1 month trial but never got it.

I pre-order Madden 17 on August 16, but didnt receive the 1 month EA Access code. Please send or instruct me on how to get the code.

Deleted Xbox message about ea access 1 month trial

I recently pre ordered battlefield 1 on my Xbox and when you pre order you get 1 month free trial of ea access. Xbox sent me a message of the ea access code but I accidently deleted the message. I contacted Microsoft support and the person sent me here.
Is there anyway I can recover the message so I could get the code???

 

I was told to post here by support to help with the problem, could someone help me soon?

There is a similar pre-order offer for NHL and this is negating the benefit for me which sucks. They say you can't use the promo code after sept 27th so I have already lost time with EA access not only how early I can use it but the length of time I would
have access to try it out. If possible could you extend the date for me should I choose NHL pre order since I should have already had EA access and been using it to test things out from my madden purchase (right now if I get my month access it goes past september
27th whereas if I had gotten it initially at the right time I would have basically a full month before). Please Help.
