Pre order is not working

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. If you go to Order history @ Account.microsoft.com, you will be able to see whether the payment was declined or the purchase
    was successful.

    If the purchase has been successful, get in touch with Support to get the issues resolved.

    Have you tried to place the order using another device means? I suggest you have to do it through the xbox.com website

    This will work for standard games but I could not get it to work for pre-orders. In that situation I had to buy a gift card and then send the person the number so they could go in and pre-order the game.

    Pre orders on the Xbox dashboard are for the digital download version. No disc required. How it works is that if you pre order the game on the dashboard, it will pre download it, then allow you to play it from midnight the day
    of release.
