Pre-Order is not not showing up as Pre-Ordered after the 3 day period.

I'm having trouble with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard.

I pre-ordered Sword Art Online Fatal Bullet. I was having trouble purchasing the game through Paypal so I contacted support to change the payment option to use only my Microsoft account (there is no option to change it to use soley the money in your account.)
After I completed the transaction, I waited the 3 days it says to wait for the game to pop up as Pre-Ordered on the punchcard, however the game never did and it still shows the option to Pre-Order it. When I click on the link, it sends me to the store where
it says "You own this product". This will barely be my 2nd purchase but I still want it to be corrected. The transaction also says "Completed" in my order history.

15000 rewards credit for pre order

it has shown me with 2 out of 3 titles pre ordered on the xbox rewards pre order 3 games by December 31 for the past month and a half, I have pre ordered steep and resident evil and it still only show's me with 2 games pre ordered and not 3. I have pre ordered
5 games on the list all in correct time period and it is only showing two. I would like the 15,000 credits for pre ordering 3 digital games.

My punchcard

My punchcard is only showing 2 out of 3 pre-orders,I've pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 but it's not showing up and I have only 1 day left?

It takes 96 hours for pre-orders to reflect on the website, and you must pre-order 3 titles to be eligible for the new promotion. Subsequently, you had to have pre-ordered the games during the promotional period in order to be eligible for the reward. If
you pre-ordered prior to January 1st, 2017 then the pre-order is not eligible for the current promotion.

You had to pre order Valhalla during a certain time period. I had pre ordered it earlier before that promotion so I went in and cancelled it then pre ordered it again. It took a couple of days but I finally got the 6,000 points.

The reward team will have to review your 3 pre-orders to verify their eligibility and see what the hold-up might be. However, any pre-orders made prior to the start of the January 1st, 2017 Games on Demand pre-order promotion will not count toward the new promotion.
Each promotion only counts purchases and/or pre-orders made during the offer period unless otherwise stated.

The reward team works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends and reply to threads oldest to newest.

Looking at the time of your post Shopto would have been closed, check in the morning after 9am it should show then, I've had this happen myself when placing orders later on in day.
