    Pre order help


    so i pre ordered warriors orochi 4 on 22nd september, the money was taken out of my account on the 9th oct, release date is 19th, but on my order history it still says pre ordered, and not completed, even though the money has been taken out of my account
    for days, the game is fully installed on my xbox but im worried as it hasnt completed yet, any help, already spoken to virtual agent, no help at all.

    i just want to know if this has happened to any of you, like i said money has been taken and game is fully installed, it releases friday.

    I pre-ordered the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection with pre-order bonuses but after weeks I still haven't received my pre-order bonuses.

    Can anyone help?

    Thats because its still in a preorder state because the game has not officially released yet.

    Yes i know, but call of duty which i also pre ordered, got an email on the 8th oct saying it had been completed, game released on the 12th, thats what im getting at, if my money has taken, id atleast like some reasurance it will be completed by friday,
    otherwise why take the money until games released, im not asking to play it now, i just want to know 100% game will allow me to play on release, and complete purchase.

    If its a true 'credit card' you wouldn't need anything 'in the bank' at the point of purchase. A credit card allows you to purchase goods and services and pay them off by way of a monthly statement. Generally, no interest is payable if a balance is cleared
    in full each month.

    A 'charge card' works in a similar way to a credit card, however, purchases generally attract interest from the point of sale until they are paid off.

    In the UK, a 'debit card' requires funds to be available immediately, charging the purchase straight to your bank account.

    So, double check which type of card you actually hold!

    Yes, Microsoft will take payment for your digital game preorder from your Microsoft account balance if you don't have enough money on the card, even if you split payments between your account balance and the card.
