    Hello there!

    I had pre-ordered the game Watch_Dogs 2 about a week and a half ago. I have been very excited for this game's release. I have it currently pre-downloaded along with the special pre-order bonuses. I recently went into my games tab, and the pre-ordered text
    was removed from it, so i figured i should start it up. Needless to say, it didn't work, in fact it said that I should BUY the game.

    It also said that it may have been cancelled, which was not the case, and it also said i should check my payment info in case it did not work, which is still not the case because i had used a 100$ card on my MS account minutes prior to buying the game, and
    everything went well, and it was purchased, it even pre-downloaded. It gave me the error code 0x803f8007.

    Now what I am the most angry about is that I have a file of over 30gb sitting in my Xbox that i have to purchase again, as they (Microsoft) did in fact refund it, but what they didnt do was refund my whole price, so now i am forced to go out and push more
    money into my account just to re-purchase the game, and honestly I'm not willing to do that until it fully comes out in case it happens again.

    I am looking for similar cases like this, possible solutions and hopefully help from an Xbox Microsoft assistant.

    Since they changed it all round the site has been terrible, had pre-orders being paid for when i clicked cancel, then instead of using whats in my account balance to pay for other pre-orders it just ignores it, nothing but a joke recently

    Is there any update on the purchase and content usage issue?

    I just checked my order history and my pre-order has been fully cancelled due to this issue, and the only other way to get the annual pass would seem to be purchasing the Complete Collection, which means I have to pay EXTRA money for content I already
    own.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in cancelling your pre-order for Monster Hunter World: Icebourne so that you may purchase the digital deluxe version. You should be able to cancel you pre-order from your

    transaction history in the Microsoft website    . We recommend locating the pre-order in the list of transaction and attempting to cancel the pre-order from there. Once the pre-order has been canceled, you can go ahead and pre-order the digital deluxe version
    of Icebourne. Be sure to let us know the results!
