Pre-order games on demand punch card

I have not been credited for my pre-ordered games on demand purchases on the punch card

games on demand punch card issue

On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

Pre_Order Info

I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves on the 17th. I did not receive the pre-order content. I also have not received credit for the on demand punch card.

titles you own; they will say "You pre-ordered" even if purchased after release. They are not the punches for your punchcard.
