    i preordered Madden 17 and I was supposed to get it 3 days early because I bou the 100 dollar edition and IT won't let me instal it does anyone have a solution thank you in advance!

    Cancelling pre-order games?

    Hi, as the Ambassador says you can cancel the pre-order by contacting Xbox support, I would recommend you call them by phone.

    support.xbox.com/.../pre-order-faq

    Can I cancel a pre-order?

    Yes, before we release the game, you can cancel your pre-order by contacting Xbox Support.

    Hey man! It looks like you're referring to the EA Access trial that comes with the $99 version of the game. Did you receive the code for EA access? It should have been delivered to your message center on your console or here on Xbox.com - it can take as
    much as 7-10 days after the purchase for the code to arrive. You will first need to redeem that code to start your trial. Then, you will need to start the EA Access app and look in the Trials section to download the early access full-version of the game. You
    will be able to put in a total of 10 hours of early access gameplay before the official release date.

    do you get the perorder bonuses or otehr exclusive for xbox one backwards games if you had them before

    You only get pre order bonuses by pre-ordering certain games. By pre-order I mean ordering them before the game is released. It is not possible to pre-order a game that is already out which would be the case for all backwards compatible games.

    It takes 96 hours for pre-orders to reflect on the website, and you must pre-order 3 titles to be eligible for the new promotion. Subsequently, you had to have pre-ordered the games during the promotional period in order to be eligible for the reward. If
    you pre-ordered prior to January 1st, 2017 then the pre-order is not eligible for the current promotion.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on a pre-order. With a game pre-order all you need to do is cancel the current pre-order and then pre-order again with the correct card. There is no way of modifying a pre-order once it is
    made.

    I would like to play Titanfall soon. I thought it was coming around launch but then I read an article saying June 2014. I did however plan on the PC version of that game.

    Some of these are games that me and my wife will play together which makes them a must. I have not seen a whole lot in terms of games coming this fall for 360. I have GTAV, Lost Planet 3, and XCOM Declassified pre-ordered. I also have Beyond: Two Souls
    and Tales of Xillia pre-ordered.
