Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for this offer. Furthermore, Rewarding is based off of punches, not the purchases shown in the body of the Games on Demand mission page. As shown by the punch counter at the top of the page, you have
only received one punch for this offer for your purchase of Dead Rising 4. Regarding your pre-order of Resident Evil, from our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you
will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Since your purchase of Titanfall 2 was not within the offer period, it was not eligible for this offer, and did not award a punch.

Per the program's FAQ, Resident Evil won't actually complete the punch card off until it releases in January.

Sometimes punchcards can take 24 hours or more to register. If your purchase completed and in the store it says you own the game and the purchase shows up in your order history then it is being tracked by the punchcard. Some people are having trouble
with the gears of war 5 and resident evil 3 punchcards as well.

This offer is only open to featured Xbox One digital titles in the Xbox Store. In order to qualify for the punchcard, games must be from our approved list of eligible titles,
be pre-ordered during the offer period, and be pre-ordered BEFORE their release date. Please note that as these are digital titles, many become available for download the night BEFORE the release date, so your order must be received before
the release time shown on the individual product pages. Title availability is subject to region.

As mentioned previously, since your purchase of Dragon Ball and Skyrim were made on September 20th, they were not eligible for this offer. This offer was only available beginning in October. We have determined that the website is only displaying standard
edition purchases, and not visually displaying deluxe edition purchases. This is a visual bug which our web team is working on, but has no effect on Rewarding. We have confirmed that the punch tracking is working as expected.
