    Hi we pre-ordered Fifa 23 on the 20th August 2022. I have checked with my bank and the funds have not came off and yet the pre-order is showing as a pending for the released date on the 27th August. Can you advise whats happening ?

    Hello Gillian290726, pre-sales amounts are usually charged up to 10 days prior to posting.

    However as this is done automatically the system may charge closer to the release date of the game and so the transaction has not yet completed.

    I can install the EA 3 day early access base version only. All the Fifa23 versions state "Buy". I am trying to see if XBox support can help but after 1.5 hours with them they are still looking into it.
