things to also note, yes I do have a copy of Fallout 3 assigned to my account, I pre-ordered the digital copy of the game (which is refereed to the pre-order date above) the code that did work for me was for my pip-boy edition I ordered from a different
source.

Where did you order the Pip-Boy Edition of Fallout 4 from? If I understand correctly, you pre-ordered the digital copy from the Xbox Store and used the Fallout 3 code we sent, and you're in need of the code from the Pip-Boy edition that was purchased from
a different retailer?

If the above is correct, you will want to reach out to the retailer you purchased from to inquire about the distribution of the Fallout 3 codes. The only codes we'll have visibility on are the ones that were pre-ordered from the Xbox Store.

Ok, So xbox live was just re-sending me the code they already had sent me.. but when live chat support looked it up all they could see what that someone used the code, but they didn't know when it was used or who used it.. and i got my pip-boy edition from
gamestop online.

 

Yup, sounds like we might have sent the code to you twice for your Xbox Store pre-order. My next recommendation to you is to reach out to the Gamestop folks to see if/how you will be receiving a Fallout 3 code.
