Pre-Order Download

I started downloading the game last night and it's completely stopped at 54%. I've done a hard reset to see if that would restart the download, but that didn't work. Any guidance from MS on how to get that download going again? You've charged me for the
game based on my bank statement. Does that mean I have to wait until tomorrow to complete the download? Process worked fine for Rise of the Tomb Raider. Don't understand why it just halted. Help.

Disregard, the game restarted install last night and completed last night.

The only way to pre=order a digital download is to go to a Gamestop, or any other retailer and pre-order it that way. There is no pre-ordering from the console yet.

Pre orders on the Xbox dashboard are for the digital download version. No disc required. How it works is that if you pre order the game on the dashboard, it will pre download it, then allow you to play it from midnight the day
of release.
