pre-order doom multiplayer demon pack

I am also having this problem. I'm sure it will be cleared up in early tomorrow. Launch hour downloads can cause havoc. I know Halo 5 was a nightmare for a lot of digital download owners.

 

same issue as above. got the pre-order bundle, but the DMP hasn't shown up yet...

may come later today. actually enjoying the campaign!

At least they are aware of ... and fixing it!!

Also, reinstalling it did nothing except scare me that I wouldn't be able to redownload the game cuz of the issues we are talking about.

got the digital deluxe but no Demon Multiplayer DLC. HELP????

 

It's fixed, find it in store and "Install"

 

The "pack" was downloaded but, there is still nothing to find from it ingame.

 

I have downloaded the pack after it has appeared for download in the store again, BUT I still see NO armor or anything that I am supposed to receive...

 

Same^^ downloaded but didn't receive anything.. What's going on????

Finally able to Download it, but it doesn't unlock or give anything in the game.

Microsoft really needs to trademark this sentence already.

Except it doesn't. It effects those who physically bought the game too.
