pre-order doom multiplayer demon pack

i bought doom pre-order edition but i didn't received the demon multiplayer pack.what i have to do?

If you pre-ordered Doom, try downloading the
Demon Multiplayer Pack through the Xbox Store. Let us know if you're able to get that content added to your game!

My apologies, we might be jumping the gun a bit. The content, along with Doom, does not release until May 13th (which will be tomorrow). Let's wait until May 13th hits to try downloading the add-on pack along with Doom.

 

same for me, if anyone finds a solution please post, I will check to see if it works on release

 

Still not able to download the Demon Multiplayer Pack..

 

It's currently May 13th. The Game is Downloadable and playable, but the Demon Multiplayer Pack is still missing. it doesn't even have a button to download it.

 

Same here. The only options I have are Rate and Pin to Home.

 

I'm having the same issue. I just frustiratingly uninstalled it and now i'm currently reinstalling the game in an effort to see if it may fix the issue...guess i'll find out in the morning.

I am having the same issue. There is no option to download the demon multiplayer pack. The only available options are rate & pin to home. Even if I go to DOOM & the manage game option, usually where it says available or ready to install, when you already
have purchased a season pass or an addon for a game, the demon multiplayer pack is not there. Also, I noticed that when I go to the DOOM pre order store page the manage option is gone since midnight.

Yeah the game just launched and I have the same issue. What is even going on? I know I selected the pre-order bundle when I got the game. I kinda feel like I was ripped off a little.

Well, hopefully they will fix it. Did anyone hear anything from Bethesda on Twitter or something ? I don't have a FaceBook or Twitter account; so I wouldn't know. I will try uninstalling it & reinstalling it . If it works in fixing the demon pack thing I
will let you know if it works.
