    pre order doesn't seem to be shown as pre ordered.


    So I pre ordered an edition of SW BF2 and I installed the game bundled with it but the edition I pre ordered doesn't show up as pre ordered (shows the price and says pre order) this is also the first time I pre ordered a game so sorry in advanced if this
    is normal.

    Buying as a games as a gift

    It may be that not all games can be bought as a gift, or if it is a Pre-Order of a game you have pre-ordered for yourself, the gift option doesn't seem to appear until the release day has passed when it should show the gift option again.

    I pre ordered the Xbox one and am trying to find my pre order on Microsoft.com. I ordered it on my account and was able to see my pre order for the first couple of days after I ordered it. Now I cant seem to find it. Please help!! Thanks

    Where did you pre-order from? Digital pre-orders seem to have access to the pre-order content. You may need to contact the seller / store for the code.
