Discus and support Pre-Order DLC still hasn't shown up. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So to be a bit more specific I pre-ordered Doom Eternal standard edition sometime last month or so and as anyone who has been keep up with the game...     Pre-Order DLC still hasn't shown up.


    So to be a bit more specific I pre-ordered Doom Eternal standard edition sometime last month or so and as anyone who has been keep up with the game knows pre-ordering from any length of time before the games release gets you the "Rip and Tear pack" and
    I however did not receive this, I wouldn't typically care as much and just wait it out, but a friend of mine who had gotten the game the day before it's release got all of his stuff for pre-ordering, so as you could imagine I'm a tad bit irritated.

    Hey. Where did you pre-order the game from? That's probably going to be the biggest decider in figuring out where your content is going to be.

    For example, I pre-ordered my copy from GameStop about a month prior as well. When I went to go pick it up yesterday (03/19) the code for the pre-order content such as the shotgun & revenant skins as well as Doom 64 was printed on the bottom of the receipt
    I got after picking the game up.

    If you pre-ordered it from a physical retailer, it should have been printed on your receipt. Double check and if not, you may want to give the store a call and ask about it. If you pre-ordered it through the Microsoft Store on your console, it should have
    been provided automatically and it may be in your ready to install under Doom Eternal on your console. If you pre-ordered it online, you are supposed to get the code for the content most likely in email format.
    Got it through the microsoft store, looked through the ready to install and it wasn’t there either, i managed to track it down on the store page again and all it asked was for me to redeem a code, I went through my email and nothing so far.

    Hopefully I’ll figure it out soon or it will just magically work out in the end.

    same issue as above. got the pre-order bundle, but the DMP hasn't shown up yet...

    may come later today. actually enjoying the campaign!

    Halo 4 avatar item and halo 4 specializations.

    Halo 4 can sometimes not register what DLC you have in game. Several times now, I have started it up and all my limited edition, pre-order and specialization content hasn't shown up. The good news is it's seems to be just a glitch and restarting the game
    or Xbox will bring it all back.
