    Pre-order digital download?


    So there are a couple games I want to pre-order however I was not planning on obtaining disc versions of the games I want. I've been downloading all my games and was wondering if there is a way to pre-order a digital download? I know if you pre-order Assassins
    Creed Unity you get the slots game and other stuff. Just curious if I can get this with it being downloaded instead of the disc.

    Buying 2nd digital copy as gift, does it count towards pre-order punches

    If I pre-order a digital copy of SW Battlefront 2: Elite Edition for myself, can I also pre-order the digital Standard Edition as a gift? Will this second purchase count towards my Pre-Order Punchcard?

    The only way to pre=order a digital download is to go to a Gamestop, or any other retailer and pre-order it that way. There is no pre-ordering from the console yet.

    How does that work exactly? I've never done it before. Put your money down for the pre-order and you get a code on the release date? or are you saying pre-order at gamestop only goes towards the disc version?

    If they offer a pre-order on a digital version, then yes, you'd put your money down and receive a code. Otherwise, it would just be for a disc version.

    When you pre order you'll get a receipt. Then when you go to pick up your preorder at launch the code will be printed on the final receipt at check out.

    Pre-order digital download?

    Thanks everyone. Anyone know if they might be looking at making pre-orders available for digital download in the future? I would like to be able to be able to do that and then just download it when the game is released. Sometimes budgeting or saving money
    becomes a task for me lol. (Also more convenient to do it from home rather then going to gamestop, best buy, etc etc..)

    Will Halo MCC be a Digital Download?

    Gamestop does pre-orders on digital downloads. I just recently pre-ordered Destiny as a digital download, so I'm sure they would do it for MCC. I think they just email you the code.

    Did you pre-order the game as a digital download, or the physical disc version?

    For digital download pre-orders, the code should be immediately sent to you after you pre-order.

    For physical game pre-orders, the code will be included with the actual game at launch date.
