pre order did not work

Discus and support pre order did not work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i pre ordered fallout 4 sometime around november 2015 and i am not able to download fallout 3 also my season pass is not showing up so i can not get...     i pre ordered fallout 4 sometime around november 2015 and i am not able to download fallout 3 also my season pass is not showing up so i can not get the DLCs.

    No, you will not receive the pre-order bonus because unfortunately you did not actually purchase it by pre-order.

    Pre-Order did not come.

    I'm talking to support and they are just saying the game doesn't release till the 23rd I keep telling them it's says it's playable at 12am Est I can't even download it from the market place even though a bought it. it only says pin to home

    in regards to the FO3 i believe a code should have been issued, as for the dlc and pass try under game management not the add-on menu in game

    Yes the fallout 3 code should have been sent to you ages ago. You would be best to contact support about that or post in the official support forums.

    As for season pass, it doesn't install. Just do what Zikthann said, highlight Fallout 4 in my games and apps, press menu(start) button then select manage game. The DLC should appear as ready to install.

    Yes the fallout 3 code should have been sent to you ages ago. You would be best to contact support about that or post in the official support forums.

    How will the Advanced Aresenal pre order work ? I already did my pre order from Gamestop to get the weapon camo and poster. Will the exo skelton and gun be yet another code, or just be a card included in ALL games, as was Freefall ? I might get the hardened

    Did you pre-order it from gameStop/GameStop.com? He was only through pre-order. If you just bought the game without pre-ordering it more than likely you won't get it. I work at GameStop and I will see what I can do to get you a code for him. Respond here
