Discus and support Pre-Order did not come. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; At one time , I bought "DMC 4 Special Edition" for xbox live , while in pre-order ... but today is launch day as when I entered the store,say...     I am having issues not able to play either. 12:30 central time and still says preordered.

    I'm talking to support and they are just saying the game doesn't release till the 23rd I keep telling them it's says it's playable at 12am Est I can't even download it from the market place even though a bought it. it only says pin to home

    to play it says to expect I'm very early ... HAVE PEOPLE PLAYING... why I can not play ?
