    Pre-order content missing


    I pre ordered Titanfall 2 in September.

    I installed the pre order bonus content "Nitro Scorch Pack".

    The content was not appearing in the game so I uninstalled it.

    When I went to reinstall it, I could not locate the content.

    It is not under "Ready to install" in my games and apps. And I cannot find it in the store.

    I've spoken to Xbox chat but they told me to come here.

    Haven't received codes for battleborn season pass content

    Hey there DemonicShadow91.

    Can you please clarify which content you're missing? If you cancelled your pre-order and later repurchased the game you would not be eligible for the pre-order content.

    Missing Pre-Order Content

    I pre-ordered Unravel from Xbox Live and did not receive the pre-order bonus, an avatar item, that was listed. I was supposed to receive an Xbox message providing me with this pre-order content, but I never did. I was hoping that this issue could be resolved.
    I contacted Ubisoft and they informed me that I needed to contact someone at Microsoft considering I pre-ordered the game from Xbox Live. After speaking with someone from Microsoft Support, I was advised to make this post. I am hoping someone will be able
    to help me further. Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Pre-order content missing

    You can try going under 'Manage Game'. It _may_ appear in there for you to re-download, since it's add-on content you own for that game. I'm not 100% positive on that though, but I just checked the support pages, and that's what it's suggesting as well.

    1. 1. While on the Home screen, scroll to the right, and then press the A button on your controller to open
      My games and apps.
    2. 2. Locate the game, and then press the Menu button .
    3. 3. Select Manage game.
    4. 4. In the Ready to install column, select the add-on you want to install.
    5. 5. Press the A button to install the add-on.

    Unfortunately that doesn't work in this case. It's just completely missing - as if I never owned it.

    I bought it off my Microsoft website account. The game did not have a DLC code. It was a physical copy.
