Pre Order Concern

Right now i am under the 30 day wait period for my account to change my associated email. During this time i understand that i am unable to make any purchases on the xbox store during this time frame. Well prior to being in this wait period i pre ordered
a game on the xbox digital store back in early March. And the game i pre ordered will release while i am in that 30 day wait period. So will i be able to play the game on the day it launches or will i have to wait until my 30 day wait period is up, since i
can’t really access the xbox digital store. By the way the way I already paid for the game in full with microsoft currency.

If you have already paid for the preorder with your account balance then that should be fine, it'll preload for you and you will get to play it.

The lock out won't let you make any new purchases.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue. In reference to your concern, you will be able to access the pre-order
if the transaction was successful on the account. After the 30-day waiting period, you will be asked to sign in with the new credentials. If any issues arise with signing into the profile with the new credentials, try removing the old profile and add new on

Oh yeah you’re right. I didnt use a credit card so i don’t have to worry about that.

Anything pre ordered digitally will also pre load onto your home xbox a few days before its release as well. Keep in mind that any pre orders bought with a credit card are billed 10 days before release too
