    Like a number of other users here, I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition but still have not received the codes for the Gears of War 360 collection. When will it arrive?

    Missing content from the gears of war 4 pre-order

    Hello,

    I pre-ordered the gears of war 4 pack and received the codes for gears of war 2 & 3 but have not yet received the code for gears of war 1.

    Please could you re-send the code for Gears of War 1 as this is missing from the pre-order collection?

    Sorry to see you haven't received your codes for your pre-order! To clarify, are you talking about the bonuses sent through Xbox Live if you pre-ordered through the Xbox website? Or are you talking about the Gears Collection for 360? The Gears Collection
    will take about a month to be sent out, but you should already have your pre-order items. Let us know so we know best how to assist you. Pre-order codes not received - Gears 360 collection :)

    Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for information on
    how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.

    If you do not receive codes one month after purchasing, please be sure to post a new thread letting us know! Thanks for your patience!

    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)

    Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:
