PRE-ORDER CARS can't be used

Hello,

there are the Pre-Order-Cars in "my Cars", but i can't use them. Whenever l choose one of them, there is a Error Message "Marketplace Error - Failed to download the nessesary Marketplace Data, please try again later"

Is there an Solution?

NEW dlc FOR PRE-ORDERS AND LAUNCH

No. The pre-order cars each had thier own code to unlock. This is a separate pack that will have an unlock for each of the pre-order and launch cars.

 

Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition

Same here. The VIP membership and 6 pre-order cars were accepted on XBOX.com, but the VIP membership never turned up on the console, only the 6 pre-order cars.

To resolve the issue, we recommend that you run the Windows App Troubleshooter from this link.



If you are still experiencing the same issue, follow the steps below to reset the Windows Store cache.

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.

2. Click on Command Prompt (Admin).

3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.

4. Close the Command prompt, and then launch Windows Store.

Uninstall the game, and then restart your computer.

Launch Windows Store again, and then install the game from the store.

2. On which add-on or car pack do those cars belong?

3. Are you still able to access other car packs or items in the game marketplace?

1. the issue started from first install, i see the cars but can't choose them

2. Pre-Order-Cars, no Car Pack

3. The DLC Car Packs work fine
