    So i pre ordered the deluxe edition or whichever cost the most of Call of Duty Moder Warfare and have been playing since its release up until about a month ago i have no been able to. Now microsoft says i canceled my pre order and i checked my order history
    and it says i did which i did not and haven’t received a refund either. Cant figure out how to talk to a real person with this issue on their website i can only talk to a computer. i need help lol

    It sounds like you have already checked your order history at account.microsoft.com and the order is showing as cancelled.

    I am not sure when you pre-ordered the game but if you used a credit/debit card as a payment option the system does not actually charge the payment option till approximately 10 days prior to the game being released. If Microsoft is not able to get the money
    from the payment option they will cancel the order. Normally this is done within that 10 days prior to release you should also receive an email to your billing email on your account letting you know that they were not able to charge your payment option. There
    recently was a glitch in the system that was allowing customers to still have the license and play the games where orders should have been cancelled when Microsoft finally caught this they did revoke the licenses for the games (which is possibly what happened
    here)

    As far as a refund goes if they were never able to get the funds from your payment option to purchase the games then there would not be a refund to get back.

    So in your situation the best thing to probably do is to look back at your statement for your payment option somewhere between 10/15/2019 and 10/25/2019 this is the 10 day period prior to the release date of the game and see if there was an amount for the
    cost of the game taken out of your bank account.

    If there was not then you would not be owed a refund and would need to purchase the game.

    If there are charges on your bank statement from MS you would want to match those up with your order history at account.microsoft.com to make sure what was ordered.

    Contact Us is useless as it does everything BUT contact MS. They'll have you chat with a gamer, or redirect you to this forum, as is how I'm guessing the OP got here in the first place.

    That's been a common issue for some reason. You'll need to either chat with support or request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those
    options, change your category/topic but most billing issues should give those options.

    It depends on the selections you make. In order to reach support via chat or phone for your preorder issue, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    If not already done so, sign in with your account in the upper right corner.

    Then click on the green button labeled "Contact us".

    In the box that pops up, choose "Subscriptions & Billing".

    In the next selection, every option BESIDES "Deals, prices and availability" will allow you to chat with the actual support, or (depending on the time of day and times of operation of the phone hotline in your country) request a callback.
