Pre order Cancelled

So around 6 months ago I pre ordered Destiny 2 the $150 version on the microsoft store, I was happy and excited until I received a message saying 'Your preorder has been refunded or cancelled'. So I went to my bank account and I had not received a refund
but i have already paid $150. Destiny 2 was even installed on my xbox but every time I click on the game it says that I need to buy the game to play it. I have no idea what to do and I feel like i just lost $150. If I do not get to play this game on midnight
Au time then I will probably cry.

Pre order cancelled?

I pre ordered far cry 5 and when it came to the release date and me going to play it a message came up saying that pre order was cancelled for no reason and it will be refunded but it has been more than a week and I haven't got my refund I paid 70 pound
for it and I'm a bit mad that I haven't got refunded for it and the fact my pre order was cancelled for no reason I got charged for it as soon as I paid for it as i checked my account the next day and the money was gone.
