I did not receive my ore-order bonuses for NBA 2K18 Legend Gold Edition. I contacted support and was directed to you. This is becoming a huge inconvience and disappointment. I've paid for the bonuses just to not receive them.

Pre order code not yet recieved

I pre ordered nba 2k18 legend edition and I am yet to recieve my code for the pre order bonuses. It say she to check my email but there is nothing in there. Was there an error with my account or was I just not sent one? Am i just supposed to wait for one
or what?

NBA 2K17 Legend Gold Edition from the Xbox Store, you'll get 35,000 VC for NBA 2K16, Early Access (4 days before standard release), 100,000 VC, MyTEAM Bundle+ (5 packs with a guaranteed Kobe Bryant card); Kobe Bryant Digital items for MyPLAYER, and more.

If you're looking for physical bonuses, you'll want to check with your local retail store.

2K's Pre-order bonus page. Be sure to also check NBA 2K18's 'Ready to install' within the game's 'Manage game' screen just in case there are other items that need to be downloaded. Keep in mind that you must log-in to the game once a week to receive the
weekly MyTeam packs.

35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive)"
