Pre-order Bonuses Missing

Discus and support Pre-order Bonuses Missing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've been playing for a couple hours and still have not received any pre-order bonuses.     I've been playing for a couple hours and still have not received any pre-order bonuses. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue as well?

    Pre-order Bonuses Missing

    Thepacks did not download with the pre-order of the game.

    While logged in to your profile on the Xbox website.

    Search for the pre-order bundle of METAL GEAR SURVIVE.

    Make sure that it says "You own this product".

    Click "Install to Xbox one"

    Depending on your Xbox one settings it will download right away or the next time you turn on your Xbox.

    Hope this helps anyone that had the same issue that i had.

    Additionally, when did you purchase Fallout 4? And was it a digital copy or physical copy? If you purchased a physical disc from a retailer, any bonuses would be included in the case itself.
