Pre order bonus

ok lets try this a different way as you seem to refuse to be drawn into a discussion any other way.

An idea.

Reward customers who preorder and pay for games. Give rewards as\when payment is received for said game. The earlier the game is paid for in full the more you are rewarded.

Right now i earnt **** all for supporting you by ordering early how you think thats ok is beyond me. Who even came up with your policies? They need retraining.

Please offer an explanation on why you dont give rewards to people like me who preorder early surely we are the people you want to ensure stay with u as we are the ones who keep ur business going and yet we are treated like dirt.

The rewards programe at the moment only offers preorder bonuses over a set period of time and this is silly. Surely you want to get people ordering as early as possible to boost sales? The % cashback doesnt offer anything to those who preorder at all...
I dont understand and based on my previous posts you havent given an explanation at all just pointed out policies which are stupid and what im trying to get changed.

So again the idea is to change ur preorder policies and allow bonuses or % cashback to those who preorder and pay for games. Only getting the credits once the game is paid for. It will encourage earlier sales and ensure games are in high demand from the

It is my understanding that you had to pre-order from Game in order to get that bonus. It seems that Amazon was offering a skin and two emblems for pre-orders.
