Pre order bonus xbox 1

I pre ordered wwe 2k19 picked the game up and installed it. I entered the redeem code for the extra 2 wrestlers but it not appeared on me xbox.

its does appear on me order history though so a bit confused as to why it not appearing for me to download.

Try this out :

View add-ons for a specific game

If you already own the game and want to see available add-ons to download, select
View game details from My games & apps to view any available add-ons on your console. Here’s how:

1. While on the Home screen, scroll to the right, and then press the
   A button on your controller to open My games and apps.
   
2. Locate the game, and then press the Menu button .
3. Select Manage game and then Ready to Install.
   
4. Select the add-on you want to install.
5. Press the A button after you select add-on to install or click install all.

No as it not appearing in my ready to install. Ive unistalled fhe game and ill retry tomorrow as i got work in morning.

 

After 5phone calls and 3 hang ups tho i was very calm same bloke was hung on mw twice i have contacted 2k19 as microsoft said they cant do anything. Had poor customer service from 2 people but the first person and last person i spoke to were very helpful
now waiting to hear bk from 2k

 

Well i still not got my bonus no comtact from 2k other than a trouble shooting email been hung up on a total of 4 times and have now emailed a address that was given to me by a member of billing team. If not sorted by this email will go on social media
as it a joke nearly a week gone and hardly any help. Think it disgraceful that there not a complaint uk number or anything. I also tempted just to give me xbox to me nephew and look for a new service provider. Still in shock about being hung up on 4 times
