Pre order bonus $ not working.

Hi everyone.

So not sure if I'm just dumb or if something is just not working.

I don't seem to have the bonus money for anyone but Franklin. Online I don't seem to have any bonus money either. I know there has been an issue with it in PS4 but has anyone else had the same issue on Xbox One?

i could be totally wrong but I'm far enough in the story that I have just started Trevor's story line. Michael has about $8000, Franklin has about $50,000 and Trevor has around $100,000.

My DLCs started up once I could exit the simulation the first time, just a few quests after the White House mission. Hope that helps!

I don't know what the deal is but I can't use, let alone even locate, my pre-order bonus material in the game. I redeemed my 4 codes (2 from inside the game box - the 'online pass' and the 'commander in chief edition') and (2 from Gamestop's receipt - 'Volition's
comic pack' and the 'Presidential pack'). All 4 codes were redeemed, downloaded, and installed (even went through my history and re-downloaded numerous times- Yes, I even made sure it was downloaded on correct drive). If I go into 'downloadable content,'
off of the main menu, it shows that I have the 'online pass' installed. The only other items listed, not installed because I didn't purchase them, is the 'executive privilege pack' and 'saints row iv season pass.'

I have no idea where this bonus material is at in the game. Anyone having the same issue?
