    Pre-order bonus not received


    Hi, so I pre-ordered Gears 4 at Gamestop October 10th, but when I got home I noticed the pre-order codes weren't on the receipt like they should have been. I went back in the next day but they said that since the game had released that there was no longer
    anything they could do, and said to contact xbox support. I already did a chat with a support agent, and was sent here. Pics of the receipt can be provided, but I don't want to post it publicly for obvious reasons. Please let me know what can be done, and
    what I can do. Thank you.

    Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

    I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

    I haven't received my pre-order bonus not my punch card addition for pre-ordering the game!

    You'll receive whatever pre order bonus that ms is doing for the game I'd imagine. If you want the pre order bonus that gamestop does, then you'll still have to pre order through them.

    pre-ordering from the Microsoft Store    . If you pre-ordered from the Xbox Store, you should have received the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C 63 S Coupe.

    Did you receive a Mercedes-Benz pre-order bonus via Xbox Live Message? If so, that would be your pre-order bonus.
