    I pre-ordered Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and the description stated that there was a pre-order bonus (fromin game item and special character). I have not received a code to redeem the pre-order bonus and I checked the game data on my xbox and it has not been
    installed with the game. the game was a digital pre-order through the store via my xbox one. i reached out via chat for support and they directed me here. please help.

    Dragonball Xenoverse preorder bonus DLC not working.

    I digitally downloaded Dragon ball xenoverse with the pre-order but the bonuses won't show up in my game. Does any one know how to activate the pre-order bonus for the digital download?

    Xenoverse 2 pre-order bonus.

    Hey there DisturbedGear92.

    The content should be available to download from your Ready to Install list. If you visit the "Manage" game option under Xenoverse 2, you should see the character ready for download. Once Black Goku ins installed, you would just progress through the game normally
    and you should have access from the Character Select screen.

    Pre-order bonuses for digital downloads?

    You'll receive whatever pre order bonus that ms is doing for the game I'd imagine. If you want the pre order bonus that gamestop does, then you'll still have to pre order through them.

    Have had Assassin's Creed Orgins for about a year and never have been able to play it due it not being able to launch. Have reinstalled the game as well as restarted my console.

    I have an Xbox One S and this also occurs w/ Watch Dogs 2. Others games like DragonBall Xenoverse 2 and DBZ Kakarot work just fine.
