pre-order bonus not downloading

Hey guys, I just bought Forza Horizon 2 at Gamestop and it had a pre-order bonus for a car pack.

I put the code into my system, it recognized the code and, I clicked ok or apply or whatever it says.

The problem is, it never downloaded onto my system. It doesn't show up in the ready to install or the manage game section of FH2.

If I try re-entering the code, it just says it's already been used.

Since the system doesn't have a download history, I have no idea where to go to get this installed.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Forza Horizon 2 Ultimate Edition

This pre order bonus just unlock Audi RS4 (but Audi RS4 is available in Forza Horizon 2).

And this pre order bonus is available in Microsoft stores not online stores.

No, you will not receive the pre-order bonus because unfortunately you did not actually purchase it by pre-order.

Can you check the game store on the console for the pack in question to see if you can begin the download from there?

To clarify, the REQ pack, and the fall of reach did download and install for me. The digital pre-order bonus did not. As I understand it, this is the armor and weapon skin advertised as a pre-order bonus with many retailers.

if you download the game within 2 weeks of release you get the pre order bonus'. Obviously the bonus' need to be game specific, not store specific....(pre order BF4 from Gamestop you got dogtags etc)

They should get the pre order bonus if they download it with your account sighned in.

Phantom, the problem isn't inventory, it's pre-order bonus materials.

For those of us that never plan to buy another disc and are only going digital, we still want the "extras" of pre-ordering, such as the exclusive pre-order only maps that both BF4 and COD are already advertising.

They EITHER need to let us "pre-order" a DL versions OR offer all pre-order bonus materials automatically to anyone that downloads on the release day.

I digitally downloaded Dragon ball xenoverse with the pre-order but the bonuses won't show up in my game. Does any one know how to activate the pre-order bonus for the digital download?
