Pre-order bonus never received?

I pre-ordered Titanfall 2 via Xbox Store on my Xbox One. I did so because it prompted a promotion of 15,000 points back as pre-order bonus.

I have heard that it is ineligible because it is a digital pre-order for some reason, even though this was never mentioned and was my route of purchase through the link.

What's the deal? The game has dropped $35 now so if I had simply waited, I would have saved more instead of waiting for a rebate I may never receive?

Xbox Live Rewards Questions Forum specifically? That is the primary place for assistance with Xbox Live Rewards. Please be sure to post in the support section of that forum to receive assistance.

 

Yes. That was the first forum I posted to 2 months ago.

 

You have already been given a response in the Rewards forums too. The purchase was not eligible for that offer since it was purchased digitally and not as a physical disc as per the terms of the offer.

 

I am aware and unsatisfied with this false representation. No such terms were given that prompted notice of exclusion determined by the purchase source.
