    I pre-ordered NHL 18 on September 9th and when I got the game disc there was no pre-order code in the case. Can someone help me to get the pre-order code?

    Since you purchased it as a disc, you would need to contact the retailer you preordered from for assistance.

    You will need to contact the Microsoft Store about the missing pre-order bonus. Like any other retailer, the Microsoft Store handles its own pre-order concerns.

    Does anyone else think its unfair that you only get the free fall map if you pre order from game......pre order from anyone else and you simply dont get it
