    Pre-order bonus content and premium digital content pack don't work !


    Hello, I have pre-ordered a digital deluxe edition of Destiny 2 a few days before its release, the fact is that two of the DLC contained in this edition do not work. Namely "Pre-Order Bonus Content" and the " Digital Premium Tell
    Pack ". We are the 09/20/2017 today and I can't access to it. To pay a special edition and not be able to reach the exclusive contents is really a problem and I shall like having a solution to be able to benefit from these DLC. Cordially

    If you visit the store and search for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Pre-Order Bonus Pack, are you able to download the content? That should be how you access the pre-order content for Advanced Warfare as the description for the Black Ops 3 pre-order describes.

    How do digital downloads work, if some developers offer preorder bonuses?

    At this point no one knows whether pre-order bonus content will be available for digital downloads. The pros of having a digital copy is that you can still use the instant switch feature and that's it.

    Platanero, I don't know about everyone else but my issue would be that perhaps I ordered a special edition game. If that's the case, then yes I have a CD, but I would still like it to be used like my digital copy. Or one thing I've been asking and hope to
    get an answer soon on is what is MS's policy on pre-orders. Right now we know we get them day one and that's great but so many games come with bonus content if you pre-order and it varies from where your order. If I only have the option to buy release day
    digital then I'm not getting that bonus content, that special map pack or something else. So maybe I'll be forced to pre-order content in a store. I would still like the option to use my disk once and be done. I want what MS offered yesterday morning. I'm
    down with the region unlocking and the ability for anyone, anywhere to play but I really would like to use their system the way they meant it to be played.

    Now im having similar issue,

    The pack shows Rain, Rambo and Robocop as content. Mileena is nowhere to be seen, and the pre order bonus is missing as well.

    In-game, none of it is being detected and it asks me to purchase the pack.
