    Hello,

    I can not redeem my code for a kingdom hearts 3 pre-order bonus from Amazon because I get this error below. There was another question suggesting I use a website and attach my code to the end of it, but every time I try that Microsoft won't redeem the code.
    Telling me I tried too many time.

    When I try to enter it on my xbox, it suggest I use the directions on the email from Amazon. I use the link provided. It tells me to follow the instructions and to try on my Xbox. Stuck in a loop there.

    I contacted Amazon support via the troubleshoot section since this was a purchase from an online store. They put in a ticket there, so I am stuck waiting there.

    I'm having the same issue. I reached out to Amazon and they are supposed to reach out to me within 24-48 hours. Apparently this is a Known issue. There have been other people with the same errors.

    Hopefully they will get this resolved quickly.
