    I don't see the "Black Ops III: Pre-Order Bonus" ....... Only the "Black Ops IIIPre order black ops but selling Xbox one :pre-Order Edition"

    I dont think you are going to be able to as all purchases are "final" however Ive known some refunds be given but it is down to the xbox support agent you speak to. they may allow a refund for the preorder however you can only do so by contacting support

    No mate,they've relaxed the "no refunds" thing a little.

    You can cancel a pre order or get a refund within 30 days of a games release if it's buggy or broken.
