    Hi I pre orderd black ops cold War of the xbox store and had a msg of my bank saying stopped the money coming out cus thought it was fraud. Will xbox try and tsk the money again? Or do I have to contact xbox?

    What version of the game have you purchased? The series X/S versions will not be available to Pre-install until November 10th 2020 according to the following:
