    Where did you pre-order?
    Digital or Microsoft.com:





    Retailer: When you pre-order you will receive a 13 digit code that you will redeem at
    Callofduty.com. Call of Duty/Activision will then email you with a 25 digit code to redeem online
    here or through your
    Xbox One

    Comcast: After entering your account number at Xfinity.com, you will receive a 13 digit code that you will redeem at
    Callofduty.com. Call of Duty/Activision will then email you with a 25 digit code to redeem online
    here or through your Xbox One

    It's not available to pre-order on the digital marketplace just yet. In order to get guaranteed access to the beta you will have to pre-order from Ubisoft's website or a retailer like Gamestop, Amazon.com, Walmart, Best Buy or Target.

    Is it a game disc or digital game pre-ordered online?

    If game disc, there should be a beta game code but for a limited time and also from the participating retailers only

    If digital pre-purchase/pre-order, you should be eligible already. Kindly check this link.
