Pre Order Backwards Compatibility Question

So during MS press conference yesterday one of the biggest things announced besides games line up was the backward compatibility coming to Xbox One. When they were talking about Fallout 4 and I think it was the Rainbow Six game they said that they would
include a copy of Fallout 3 and Rainbow Six Vegas respectively. Does anyone know if you have to do digital copies of the Xbox One games through the store to get this or can you order physical copies through retailers like gamestop because I really want that
collectors edition of Fallout 4 when comes available for pre order but I want the Fallout 3 game as well.

On the 19:th, but I canceled my pre-order.

I understand it won't be playable through the xbox backwards compatibility anyway, right?

 

Will 360 DLC work on Xbox One?

Just wondering, will Xbox 360 DLC, such as pre-order bonuses and other stuff, work with their games on Xbox One when backwards compatibility is enabled?

 

i cant be sure but i dont think it matters where you get the game or wether its digital or disc based everbody should get FO3 with FO4 and VEGAS 1 and 2 with SIEGE

 

Fallout 3 is not on backwards compatible list. Which is *** stupid since Microsoft is offering it as a bonus with preorder of fallout 4 through Xbox store

 

It isn't on the current list at the moment but it will be one of the games that will be backwards compatible and available later this year. Guessing late October going into November.

 

They have confirmed that Fallout 3 will come at a later date, once the compatibility is taken care of. It has been confirmed that you WILL get Fallout 3 with a digital purchase of the game; but nothing has been mentioned yet about retail purchases. I'm
sure that they are still working that out with individual retail stores, as there will undoubtedly be pre-order items as well.
