Pre loaded re install glitch

has anyone else suffered the same thing with me we u already download it as a pre load and then due to launch today had to re install again

Game Freezing at Main Menu

I'm at 75% re-install right now. As soon as it's loaded back up, I'll try the "go off-line" solution.

EA Access Early Access and Pre-order/Pre-load

I've already pre-ordered and pre-loaded the game and have EA Access subscription. Do I need another download/install for the 6h early access or I just use the same one from the pre order?

Well I was installing it, and it stopped at 52%, not sure what is going on, but I am going to be *** not being able to play at 12 am.

I have the same problem. It says it was purchased / product installed in Shop but does not show as downloaded in the game manager. When you load the game - the game advertises that the DLC is available for purchase. Cycling the xbox off and on does not change
anything.

I deleted the game and re-installed and that also does not work. There seems to be an endless glitch were the Xbox store says its installed while the product is not showing as installed so it cannot be re-installed or un-installed or used.

There was a glitch in the Xbox preview program which allowed pre-orders to pre-load the game fully before release.

Microsoft pulled BlOps 3 pre-orders while they work on a fix to stop early pre-loading.

Un-install the alts even the ones that were pre-order and the klassic alt pack 1 and then re-install the klassic alt pack 1 without the pre-order alts and see if that works, if you dont have the klassic alt pack 1 than clear your cache and re-install the
pre-order alts. It is possible that there is interference between the pre-order alts and the klassic alt pack 1 that is causing the problem.
