Pre Download Rebate

I've got a question, I know this is a bit late but why was the $15 rewarded bonus/rebate for pre-ordering games that were going to be released this year, for Xbox Live reward members, only included pre-ordering the hard copies from the Microsoft store and
not the digital versions through the Xbox Live store? I mean it seams kind of ridiculous that the digital versions were excluded from the deal and I honestly prefer to to do the digital considering I have to install the game anyway and I can fully utilize
the Xbox commands to switch from one game to another without swapping discs.

Destiny Beta Code from MS store.......

What is the $10.00 code for? A digital download rebate, or something?

Apparently you can place a pre-order with Amazon, receive an emailed Beta code, and then cancel the pre-order. I dunno when MS sends theirs out.

 

No pre-order punch-card rewards

I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 Deluxe Edition, Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition, Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe Edition all within the promotion window. I didn't receive the punch-card pre-order rewards rebate, and I don't see the rewards as pending on my
account.

 

You'd really have to as Rewards support in the Rewards forum about that, but they've never really given an exact answer when that offer is available.

 

Really well that stink. I guess I just have to bight the bullet. Thanks for the heads up.

 

I've wondered this as well. In this "new gen" of gaming, I've only purchased digital games for the One. I just recently pre-ordered FIFA 16, but there were no "deals" for doing so.

 

^ Eggnogga, glad to see you got your tag back. But, on another note out of curiosity when you purchase items/games digital, does your card information save automatically on the console?

 

^^ Technically, it is saved on the MS servers. When you are making a purchase, I don't need think you need to save your information... I've just opted to do so, for convenience sake.
