Pre Bought game/Claiming Minecraft Windows 10

So I have Minecraft Java Edition since 1.7.10 and when Minecraft Windows 10 Edition came out I was excited since it was server compatible with the Xbox servers as it is under Microsoft. When I claimed the code to get Windows 10 edition for "free" I did
not get it for free. I was given a literal 10% off only while all my other friends were given the game for free. I still play the game but I don't ever touch any more since this has upset me for a long time. I only came back to it so I could actually play
with my friends until I noticed the game was still a demo not the full edition. So if you could like re send a code for the game or just properly give the actual full version for the game that would be very much appreciated.

How do i get Minecraft Java with the Windows 10 Edition?

So I bought Minecraft Windows 10 edition and I read that if you had Minecraft Java edition you could get the Windows 10 edition. I am just wondering if there is any way to get Minecraft Java edition with the Windows 10 edition. Thanks!

Minecraft Windows 10 No Redeem Code

I bought Minecraft in 2013 and recently wanted to start playing with my friends on Minecraft Windows 10. I logged into my mojang account to get a redeem code for a free copy of Minecraft Windows 10, but there was no Windows 10 section after the "My Games"
section. Does anyone know how to make it appear?

Please sign in to Mojang Account and check that you have transferred your Minecraft account over to a Mojang account, and that your purchase of Java Minecraft is
there.

You should then see a screen like this:

Be aware that you need to redeem the Gift Code, and download the Windows 10 Version from the Windows 10 Store App!

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to claim a free copy of Minecraft for Windows 10.

Are you trying to claim this off the Mojang website since you have already purchased the Java edition of Minecraft in the past? Are you receiving the message: "We have run out of codes"?

If you are receiving the message that reads "We have run out of codes", this is not something that we on the Xbox Forums can assist you with, as this is a promo by Mojang and you would have to wait until they re-up on those codes.

If you keep attempting to receive a code and keep receiving a similar message, then it is likely that they are completely out of codes and you would be unable to receive a code from them. If this is the case, we would have to re-refer
you to
Mojang Support as they would be the only ones who would be able to effectively assist you with this further.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

Players who have purchased Minecraft: Java Edition before October 19th, 2018 can get Minecraft for Windows 10 for free by visiting their Mojang account. Once you've migrated your account, you will be able to claim a code for Minecraft for Windows 10
