Bonjour,

Depuis hier soir mon fils ne peut plus se connecter sur son compte sur la xbox one. Lorsqu'il essayait de se connecter, il y avait un message d'erreur "service indisponible" "erreur OxF....". Par contre il était possible de se connecter avec un autre compte.

Après de nombreuses tentatives j'ai fini par supprimer le compte et tenter de le recréer. Lorsque j'essaye d'ajouter un compte, j'entre son adresse mail de connection et lorsque je la valide on se retrouve sur la page d'accueil sans possibilité de continuer
l'ajout du compte.

La xbox est neuve (noël 2018).

Thanks for reaching out to the forums today! I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with signing in to your son's account. I would like to ask what is the error code you're receiving? Also, are you able to sign in online with his account? If you haven't
tried this go on a web browser, and attempt to sign in to your son's
Microsoft account. Let us know if there's any errors.

Also, here's another possible solution: Remove and then re-add your account to the console

Step 1: Remove your account from the console

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Under Account, select Remove accounts.
Select your account, and then confirm removal.

Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

Step 2: Reboot your Xbox One console

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Under Account, select Restart console.

Step 3: Re-add your account to the console

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Sign in.
Select Add & manage.
Select Add new.
Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

the prb with mmo is you cant really get the full rpg experience-theres no way to have one-of type loot-everything has to respawn all the time-im worrid ES will be reduced to a crawler-which are fun-but not elders scrolls calibre
